Off to Bristol today for a week of learning about mission. This is the last of my taught modules and although I have enjoyed them I am happy to have got to the end. Just a couple of 6,000 word essays and a 15,000 word dissertation to finish now!
This week we are looking at Bosch's book Transforming Mission (2005, Orbis Books). For mission to be successful it needs to transform those it meets but for it to stand any hope of suceeding the mission itself has to be transformed. I love the double meaning to this book and am looking forward to learning more...
